As the gloomy winter is finally coming to an end, my spirits are already elated and i can’t wait to put those black and grey jackets to rest and add a little color to my wardrobe and pep up my wardrobe for every possible activity, like park strolls, boozy brunches and rooftop date nights. Despite the rollercoaster weather, I’ve found myself browsing some of my favorite stores to see what is coming out for spring.
I love the bright colors and beautiful prints that are hallmark to this season and here I’m sharing some of my favorite picks with you. As always, you will need to discern which pieces you should add to your closet based on your own lifestyle and wardrobe needs, but these are some of the basic clothing, shoes, and accessories that you may want to consider.

1.The little black dress for a date night with a touch of Spring fun:
Who doesn’t know about the famous LBD! It’s one of those closet pieces that can always be counted on to deliver a best dressed look with hardly any extra effort.There are almost an unlimited number of ways to style your LBD.You can accessorize, add details, switch up your jewelry and layer it in unique ways, all of which allow you to wear that one staple dress a multitude of ways.
One of my favorite style of dresses is the fit and flare mini dresses.I love how it perfectly fits my body type making it chic and casual at the same time. For my look,I chose this fun star and guitar print dress that’s casual enough to wear with flats or sneakers, but can also be dressed up with heels. I paired it with some cute sandals and a clutch, which creates the perfect look which can easily transition from day to night. Perfect for an evening out isn’t it ?

2.The Cold Shoulder for a Brunch with friends when it’s not so Cold:
Whoever made the cold shoulder a trend, knew exactly what they were doing ! Personally I love the way this simple design makes you feel sexy but in a subtle and graceful way.
To create the look I opted for a floral cold shoulder top that goes perfect with casual jeans.The silhouette and cut-out design makes it look highly feminine while not taking away the minimalist vibe. With a loose and flowy top like this one, I like to couple a fitted jeans which makes the look both chic and elegant. Add a pair of trendy heels to look and you’re good to go just about anywhere.

3.Shirt Dress for a cool chic look in the park:
