One week to go for Spring and temperatures are varying from 35 to 50. Right now can be a really confusing time to get dressed in the morning.Somewhere around my first cup of coffee I wonder what is the weather like today and ask myself to wear. Is it cold, is it hot, or somewhere in-between ?! Some days it is colder in the am than pm, so instead of jumping straight to dresses I decided to add florals to my wardrobe in other ways to welcome the changing season and cope with the unpredictable weather change.
Florals are classic and never really gets old or boring be it on clothes, accessories, shoes or bags. Floral print is special because it can revive the dullest outfit. But most of them are colorful and strong so it’s hard to style them with other pieces in the closet.
Here are 3 ways how I choose to add a little floral touch to my outfits:
- Floral Pumps:
Floral shoes are a way to infuse your look with personality and attitude. If you’ve already embraced floral print on your tops and bottoms, why not wear it on your feet as well? Whatever your style is, you need to have at least one pair of floral shoes in your closet , you can find them on comfortable flats, sneakers, wedges, pumps and even boots. Perfect flower power outfit can be accomplished by pairing a striped blouse with floral heels .To tie the whole outfit together, accessorize your arms with bracelets and watch and for warmer weather just throw in a gorgeous handmade shrug like this one. And you’re ready to go!

2.Floral Bag:
If dressing in bold big flowers feels like too much, try carrying them instead. A colorful bag can become the focal point of an outfit. Tote bags are casual and are great for days when you need to carry around a lot of things. I love it that there are so many bags out there with fun patterns, or pretty paintings on them.On a casual day if you want to mix up your look just a pair of fun ballet flats to a simple pair of jeans and top in mono colors.For warmer weather cover up using a handmade cocoon cardigan in pretty and vibrant colors.

3.Floral Scarf:
Floral scarves are probably my favorite for spring as they look adorable with almost everything.Scarves are some of the most versatile accessories, and there are so many ways to wear them. In this outfit I have paired a burgundy body con dress which is perfect for both warm and slightly colder weather with a floral scarf in complementing colors to amp up the glam and a pair of wedge sandals to showcase some style.
