One more month to go for the cold to be over and I am sure much like me you have been wearing sweaters/coats forever so now is time to dive into the wardrobe and be innovative.
During the cold-weather months, we all like to keep our must-haves and beloved wardrobe essentials in rotation. After all, it’s hard enough getting dressed in the morning when you know you’re faced with a crisp winter wind or even flurries. Winter is one of my favorite seasons for fashion because I love layering and bundling up in cozy clothes, so adding a couple things to my closet to change it up is so much fun. I like to have a mix of classics and trends in my closet so I don’t have to overhaul the whole thing every year but I can still feel in style.This winter I’ve been focusing my winter wardrobe on two things: comfort and warmth.
Just because there is a little snow on the ground, doesn’t mean that you can’t be stylish and warm this winter, right?! So I thought I’d share some ideas with you in case you’re looking to update your winter wardrobe to fight the cold weather without sacrificing your fashion sense.
1.A denim overall can be layered under or over everything from a T-shirt to a turtleneck sweater. A pea coat and blue denim dungarees feel perfectly suited for weekend activities of all kinds. A pair of mules will be a stylish addition to your outfit.

2.Ponchos consist of a whole lot of fabric, and can very easily be unflattering or way too casual. But when they’re worn the right way, ponchos are amazing, and become something that every girl should own at least one of. They’re cozy and comfortable, and they look very boho-chic.As far as the top is concerned, if your poncho requires to wear something underneath it, the most common option is to wear it over a long sleeve t-shirt or sweater.Wear a poncho with blue slim jeans for a trendy and easy going look and knee high boots which will add a touch of polish to an otherwise low-key look.
